I‘ve
I’ve
spent my whole life near the sea. Life is lighter when
you’re near coast, so in my travels I try to see the water. I want
to take pictures which inspire transparency, clarity and
cleanliness. I love the contrast between the diverse textures of
the natural world and man-made structures, so my work often focuses
on flora and minimalist architecture. Above all things, I like
white for its purity, while I also seek to portray harmony and
balance. In Menorca, I found this in the contrast between the white
buildings juxtaposed with green-blue sea and earthy landscape. I
wanted to show that by capturing a tiny part of something you
actually show everything. As the saying goes, “less is more”…
