All major credit cards are accepted for payment at SUITCASE.

Prices and payment

  1. As consideration for any purchase you make, you shall pay SUITCASE all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same.
  2. All payments will be charged and made in Pounds Sterling and include VAT and indicate shipping and handling fees. International tax outside of the UK for any non-magazine purchases may need to be paid on receipt of your order.
  3. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information.
  4. Shop rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

SUITCASE payments are processed securely and your information is solely used to process your order and will never be sold to third-parties. Please read more about our privacy terms here.

Returns and refunds

  1. If the wrong item has been delivered or if an item is faulty or damaged, SUITCASE will organise a courier to pick up the package to be returned to our warehouse. The correct item will be re-delivered if stock is available, if not a full refund will be given.
  2. If a customer chooses to return a product due to a change of mind, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the order, at their own cost of shipping. Please contact customer services for more details.
  3. Customers can exchange items within 14 days of receiving their order at their own cost of shipping. Exchanges will be facilitated while stocks last, if stock is no longer available a refund will be issued. Please contact customer services for more details.

Delivery and delivery periods

  1. SUITCASE processes orders for products within two-four working days of receipt. Delivery periods will vary by country, please check our delivery page to check your region.
  2. Upon delivery to the address indicated on the order form by the buyer, all responsibilities and risks involved in the reception of a product or products purchased from SUITCASE are transferred from the seller to the buyer/recipient. The same transference of responsibilities and risks occurs upon delivery of a product or products to a post office address or upon its/their delivery by a postal or transport-firm employee to an address other than the one indicated on the label.
  3. SUITCASE is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by postal services or other transport firms, or for errors in stock assessment made by suppliers.
  4. Tracked shipped will be sent via a tracked postal service. Tracking numbers can be attained by contacting customer service.
  5. Standard shipping will be sent untracked via either first or second class post.
  6. SUITCASE reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if SUITCASE is no longer able to fulfil the order. The customer shall be promptly notified if any changes have been made to their order.

Shipping fees

  1. Shipping is chargeable depending on the product and destination country.
  2. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and will be separated from the product price in the checkout.

If you are unsatisfied with your order within 14 days after your order has arrived, please contact customer services.

Force majeure

  1. In the case of circumstances beyond the control of SUITCASE, SUITCASE shall not be obligated to perform its obligations to the buyer; dates by which such obligations are scheduled to be met shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time lost through the delay caused by such circumstances.
  2. Circumstances excusing SUITCASE from performing all or part of its obligations are those that occur completely beyond the control of SUITCASE. Examples of uncontrollable circumstances are natural disasters, power failures, strikes, fires, wars, riots, unanticipated government restrictions and the failure of third parties to fulfil their obligations to SUITCASE. Other unforeseen circumstances that fall into this category are disruptions caused by telecommunication failures, including the short- and long-term unavailability of internet sites.


Date of subscription activation

Subscriptions to our magazines may begin with the next issue of SUITCASE Magazine.

Types of subscriptions

Three types of subscription to our magazine are available: annual print magazine subscription, quarterly subscription and gift subscription. Visit our subscription page for the best subscription offers.

Length of subscription

A subscription is valid for the period specified. To ensure that access to the magazine(s) remains uninterrupted, subscriptions are renewed automatically for the same period of time unless and until the subscriber cancels the subscription. We may vary the length of a subscription from time-to-time in order to give our customers the best experience possible.

Prices and payment

Subscription payment must be made in advance of each subscription period and/or within 20 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay for a subscription, even after receiving a reminder, will result in an immediate termination of the subscription services. The subscription in question will be activated only upon payment in full.

  1. With regard to subscriptions, all prices are in Pounds Sterling and include country-relevant VAT (where applicable) as well as shipping and handling fees. Products such as single magazines, books or other are subject to a shipping and handling fee, dependent on the delivery location and total weight of your order.
  2. All orders must be paid in advance. Subscriptions are activated upon receipt of payment.
  3. Failure to pay for items ordered will result in the postponement or cancellation of the contract in question. Other (or future) orders of customers faulted for (previous) non-payment may be postponed, cancelled or refused by SUITCASE.
  4. If the price of a product or a subscription increases in the period between the placement of an order and its delivery or date of activation, the customer is entitled to cancel the order or to void the contract within ten days after receiving notification from SUITCASE of the increase in price.

Change of address

To ensure uninterrupted access to your magazine(s), the subscriber must notify SUITCASE of a change of address no less than three weeks before moving house ([email protected]). The subscriber will be charged for any forwarding fees that result from the failure to report a change of address less than three weeks before moving house.

It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure their address is correct, SUITCASE will not be held responsible for any fees incurred for address errors made by the customer.

Cancellation of subscription

Cancellation of a subscription must take place no less than 30 days before the paid subscription is due to expire.

The subscriber may cancel by sending an email to SUITCASE ([email protected]) including the subscriber's full name and details.

The subscriber will be charged for any magazines received as a result of late cancellation.

As a shop made up of independent makers across the globe, we aren't currently able to accept returns, except for damaged items. Food, beauty, wellness, and monogrammed pieces are not eligible for returns.
