SBC

Up until now, the SBC (Skinny Bitch Collective) has remained an elusive beast, only rearing its coconut-oiled head to a super-toned select few. Last week however, founder Russell Bateman opened up the notoriously exclusive exercise club, offering an online curation of today’s finest regimes for health and wellness to all.

Russell’s ‘no equipment, no excuses’ philosophy means you don’t need a gym to get your ass kicked and your holiday training doesn’t have to stop when you check in at the airport. Here he shares with SUITCASE a sample circuit from the online programme so you can look as good in a bikini as Ellie Goulding does in a sports bra.

To accompany your SBC experience, we have defined 3 levels to determine your fitness, strength and potential. Playing on the ‘secret exercise class for supermodels’ tag we’ve exchanged, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels for ‘casting’, ‘call back’ and ‘campaign’.

Choose your level and repeat each circuit 5 times. You will need a timer.

Casting: This is your first taste of SBC, and our chance to see you for the first time. Nice to meet you. 30 seconds each exercise 30 seconds rest in between

Call back: Your first session was good and we see your potential. It’s your time to shine. 60 seconds of exercise 25 seconds of rest in between

Campaign: You’ve got game. Lights, camera, action, you’re an SBC goddess. 90 seconds of exercise 20 seconds rest between each
