We’re giving away a place on a transformative four-day retreat in Catalonia.
The retox/detox dilemma is omnipresent, and while cutting through the wellness din is a perennial battle – have you charged your crystal? Is an app really going to make me mindful? – there are some outlets that we’re very much on board with, like ARTAH.
Nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees, this transformative retreat has got people talking. Its stunning location in a sprawling finca-esque house in the Catalan countryside that we’d happily check in to for the entire summer is just the start, and provides the perfect setting for sun-soaked days of revitalisation and relaxation.
ENTER NOW Offering a holistic approach to health, ARTAH’s philosophy is grounded in four pillars: nourish, move, reconnect and restore. Founded by Rhian Stephenson, nutritionist, naturopath and CEO of Psycle London, these guys really know their stuff. Carefully curated programmes combining fitness, plant-based nutrition, spa treatments and plenty of rest are designed to help guests achieve optimum health, rethink their habits and make positive life changes. You’ll leave healthier, happier and raring to go.
We’re giving away one place on their four-day RECHARGE programme, created for those looking to reboot and reset in a short period of time. Days will be spent hiking through the foothills of the mountains, practising yoga and luxuriating in spa treatments (a signature detox massage, signature facial and two LED facial treatments are included) – while you’ll also get time to enjoy that pool. Sleep is also one of the most important parts of the process, and your gorgeous bedroom, featuring generous double beds, local artisanal furniture and plenty of natural light, is just the place to catch some shut-eye.
Treating the body and mind as a whole, this isn’t one of those retreats where you’re going to be living on celery juice either. ARTAH understand that nourishment is key for mood and energy levels, so you can expect wholesome meals throughout your stay. Think quinoa granola with almonds, fruit and cashew yoghurt for breakfast, and the likes of lentil tahini stew with sprouting broccoli come dinner. Through naturopathic medicine and nutritional therapies that focus on gut health and promote digestion, you’ll rid your body of accumulated waste, repair cellular damage and restore your natural ability to detoxify in just a few days.
With flights to Barcelona and transfers to the retreat taken care of, it couldn’t be any easier for you to kickstart a new year of positivity. We’ve already booked to go back. See you there?
