The Golfe de St Tropez is about an hour’s drive, and auto-europe.co.uk can help you find the cheapest deals rental deals, usually starting from about £12 per day.

If you do want to venture into St Tropez town, get the boat from Cogolin. With beautiful views of the bay, there’s plenty of parking and the boat ride is quick and scenic. It also saves getting stuck in St Tropez traffic.
