Gatsby Bar

This seductive speakeasy will transport you to a world far away from the commotion of the city outside. Head to Hillel Street 18 and look for an unmarked entrance where you’ll be lead through a bookcase-concealed passageway to a dimly lit and sensuous salon. Sit back as dapper mixologists concoct you some of the best concoctions in town.

Mamilla Hotel Rooftop

Act like you belong and ride the elevator up to the luxury hotel’s rooftop for a panoramic view of the Jerusalem skyline. Standing at the crossroads of the Old City and Modern Jerusalem, this vantage point is best enjoyed at sunset along with libations from the expert barmen. Have a drink and head a few flights down to worship your mind and soul at the hotel’s Akasha Spa.

Sira

An eclectic and landmark dive bar frequented by Jerusalem’s cool cats. This avant-garde hotspot hosts regular performances and events completed by the tiny dance floor, retro arcade games, rotating DJs spinning thumping beats and great beer.

Toy Bar

Get your boogie on at this diminutive Jerusalem nightclub which lacks any pretension. A duplex establishment with an upstairs bar area for schmoozing, boozing and nibbling and a more vibrant downstairs lounge and dance floor. A favourite among the city’s student population, Toy Bar is a staple for great music and reasonably priced alcohol.
