The Healthiest Restaurants in Central London with Danielle Copperman

Danielle
Copperman, model and founder of Qnola knows the
stresses of
Fashion Week
all too well. “Tight and conflicting schedules
don’t allow for proper lunch breaks and during the season people
end up relying on insufficient catering and sugary snacks to keep
going.” But during times of high stress and energy expenditure,
it’s more important than ever to eat “proper food and powerful
ingredients that offer natural benefits.” That’s why this Fashion
Week she teamed up with the Sanderson Hotel to create a Wake Up Well menu which features a seasonal
cherry smoothie bowl, a hijiki poke bowl, sunshine salad, poached
egg with avocado and beetroot sauerkraut. Tried and tested, we can
vouch that it’s absolutely delicious.

Here she lists her favourite healthy hangouts in London –
“places you can pop into for a healthy takeaway or a replenishing
meal at the end of a long day”. In and around Soho, they make
perfect lunch spots for Fashion Week.
