Danielle
DanielleCopperman, model and founder of Qnola knows the
stresses of
Fashion Week all too well. "Tight and conflicting schedules
don't allow for proper lunch breaks and during the season people
end up relying on insufficient catering and sugary snacks to keep
going." But during times of high stress and energy expenditure,
it's more important than ever to eat "proper food and powerful
ingredients that offer natural benefits." That's why this Fashion
Week she teamed up with the Sanderson Hotel to create a Wake Up Well menu which features a seasonal
cherry smoothie bowl, a hijiki poke bowl, sunshine salad, poached
egg with avocado and beetroot sauerkraut. Tried and tested, we can
vouch that it's absolutely delicious.
Here she lists her favourite healthy hangouts in London -
"places you can pop into for a healthy takeaway or a replenishing
meal at the end of a long day". In and around Soho, they make
perfect lunch spots for Fashion Week.

Sanderson London
Just above the hustle and bustle of busy Oxford Street,
Sanderson is a welcome relief from the busy streets of Soho. The
Wake Up Well menu, available until the 30 September, is the perfect
way to enjoy natural, nourishing and delicious ingredients in a
contemporary, relaxed environment.
With several locations across London (Belgravia, Marylebone and
Chelsea), this restaurant isn't just about serving healthy food but
about inspiring you to eat it everyday - and making it as easy as
possible to do so. They serve a wide range of products,
supercharged smoothies, jumpin' juices and vibrant salad bowls.
The first official Qnola stockist, Detox Kitchen is perfectly
situated for grab-and-go dishes which don't compromise on either
flavour or nutrition. Free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar, the
menu is honest and accessible. For time-short customers, almond and
vanilla snack pots are available to buy in store.
Just around the corner from Oxford Circus, Ethos is a
pay-by-weight restaurant specialising in vegetarian dishes. If you
time it right, you can get discounted meals at the end of the day
to save on waste at the same time.
My favourite export to come out of Hawaii since brightly
coloured shirts and Spam, poke has taken London by storm in 2016.
Ahi Poke, near Fitzrovia, serves four signature bowls alongside a
bespoke, build-your-own option. It's by far one of the best lunches
in town.
A foodie mecca for healthy takeaway options, here you'll find
everything under one roof, from sushi to salt beef and everything
in between. Kill two birds with one stone and grab a bag of Qnola
whilst you're there.
