A beach club and restaurant set in a beautiful hidden cove
overlooking overlooking the Sol d’en Serra Bay, Amante combines the
best of Ibiza glamour with rustic island chic. Come here by day to

beachfront restaurant and cocktail bar by the ever-cool
Experimental group is the opening that everyone is talking about in
Ibiza (sorry Nikki Beach). Situated on the southern side of Las
Salinas National Park, this beach club rests halfway between
Ibiza’s hippy and hedonistic reputations – Experimental offers
yoga, fresh juices, and beachside BBQs but also bottle service and
day parties. The restaurant is headed by chef Alex Larrea of El
Bulli and serves up both traditional tapas and more modern seafood
dishes such as Ibiza prawn carpaccio with mango vinaigrette and
black cod marinated in miso with pak choy.
