restaurant

Haus Hiltl

Dating from 1898, this beloved, high-end spot is the oldest
vegetarian restaurant in the world. Not that you’d know it, given
the cool young diners and hyper-current dishes. Customers pay for
their meal by weight, and the dessert buffet is a joy.

Neue Taverne

This Michelin-starred, plant-forward restaurant has a
ridiculously hip, tattooed team of talented cooks (spearheaded by
Nenad Mlinarevic and Valentin Diem). You’ll find it in a salubrious
heritage building in the heart of the Old Town.
