Downstairs is a warren of snugs and lounges, while upstairs you'll be bedding down in one of the 19 individually decorated bedrooms - think exposed beams, roll-top baths and a plethora of eclectic fabrics.
After ambling along the countryside trails, settle in to enjoy dinner for two on us. With a menu created by meat-aholic chef Richard Turner (of Hawksmoor and Pitt Cue fame), expect large hunks of local meat and fish, expertly charred over Richard's bespoke rotisserie and wood-fired grill.
