Each of the 171 rooms here feels like a sleek loft with a cushy bed and views of the Empire State Building and across downtown. Nuzzle under crisp linen sheets and watch a movie as you order snacks to your room. When it's time to prep for an evening of cocktails at Macao Trading Co. around the corner, concrete basin sinks stocked with C.O. Bigelow products and marble rain showers tucked behind sliding barn doors await.

The hotel's subterranean cocktail bar designed by John McCormick Design (behind Maison Premiere) will be the ultimate accompaniment to the new roaring 20s, with cocktails inspired by the Gatsby era. With Paul's Cocktail Lounge and Macao Trading Co. literally steps away, this underground bar built into a vault dating back to the Victorian era is the perfect spot to start a weekend night with a bang (and to show off a cool new find to your friends). For something more low-key, the cellar reading room serves up cocktails that make the ideal tipple before heading up to your room.
The 11th-floor terrace bar (opening soon) looks over Midtown and straight down Broadway. You may notice a few cheeky winks to astrology on the cocktail menu - order a drink with your star sign in mind. If you need to sweat it all out after a night bar-hopping through Tribeca, the in-house gym is on the lower level floor for easy access.
