tracked down the world’s coolest celebrity-owned hotels – fancy

Bought by Andy Murray in 2013, this Victorian mansion has all
the cosy feel of a Scottish hideaway, but with a
sophisticated twist. Just outside of the tennis player’s hometown
of Dunblane, the Perthshire hotel features ornate murals, leather
chairs and restored artwork which lavishly adorns the library,
billiards room, whisky room and two drawing rooms. Explore the 34
acres of grounds to find a herb and vegetable garden, tennis courts
and even a loch, before retreating to cuddle up by fireplace with a
wee dram.

behind the world’s second largest barrier reef, the development
will be a truly restorative retreat – one that centres on health,
wellness and sustainability. It will be powered by renewable energy
and have its own climate-change research station. The highly
anticipated eco-conscious resort is set to open on Blackadore Caye
in 2018.
