While in Seoul, we (double) tapped the city’s most influential Instagrammers and street fashion leaders, to find out exactly where they like to eat, drink, have fun and feel inspired. Consider your Seoul itinerary sorted.

Imagine
sitting in a café, eating a gargantuan slice of cream
cake and watching a fashion show. But instead of models you are
watching extremely fashionable young Korean people
including matching couples with designer toddlers and young
women wearing outfits so perfect that you want to cry. Welcome to
life in Dosan Park, the location of our My Seoul editorial, the
very fast-beating heart of Seoul’s
fashion scene.
Having selected Seoul as a main destination in Volume 9 for its incredible fashion, we came across
photographer Alex Finch after some serious Insta-stalking of some
of the biggest stars of the street fashion scene by Tona Stell.
Long story short, all Instagrams pointed back to @iamalexfinch, one of the most famous fashion
photographers in the city.
Alex worked with Tona to cast some of the most stylish subjects
in the city to photograph. Because their natural style was so
superb, we let our subjects pick their own clothes and shot them in
a way that they felt comfortable. Meanwhile our CEO Serena Guen stationed herself for the day
at a nearby café, drinking extremely milky coffees and interviewing
everyone with the help of a translator.

I’d have a beer at a pub in Hongdae.
