Three Michelin-starred chef Dani García’s latest pop-up, this spot is perfect for a low-key lunch with a side of people-watching. The acclaimed chef’s answer to the island’s lack of good Mexican joints, BiBo offers day-to-night dining for Ibiza’s cool crowd. La Mirada Rooftop at Petunia Ibiza

Loved for its winning views of Es Vedrà, this tapas restaurant is an ideal venue for a typical Ibizan hangover day – think slow and relaxed, with lo-fi house music playing softly in the background. Ingredients are seasonally focused and largely produced and grown on hotel’s the grounds: menu standouts include the ham and cheese croquettes, Jamón ibérico and burrata. El Olivo Mio

This neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Ibiza Town is unashamedly romantic, with tables that spill out onto the cobbled street and hearty Mediterranean plates setting the atmosphere for an authentically rustic Ibizan experience.
