Having lived in Northern Thailand for little over a year now, I've spent the majority of my time shooting projects and assignments, and exploring the seemingly never-ending array of new corners and discoveries this part of the world has to offer. Situated near Burma, India, China, and Laos; Northern Thailand is a melting pot and eccentric mix of regional influences, cultures and peoples, which are far too often overlooked for Bangkok's mayhem, or the blue waters of the southern islands. Northern Thailand, and in particular, Chiang Mai, is still a place where the traveller can truly get lost in the wild, diving deep into the culture and flavour of the region.
