Les Puces du Canal

France’s second largest flea market attracts some 500,000 visitors a year, with its marvellous melange of modern design, vintage furniture and general bric-à-brac. Les Puces du Canal can be tricky to reach by public transport, so why not book yourself a chauffeur and vintage vehicle from Happy 2cv to take you there and back for only €40.

Village des Créateurs
Lyon, France
The “village of creators” is an incubator programme that currently supports 70 independent designers from Lyon and the surrounding areas. Visit the tiny Passage Thiaffait, just off Rue René Leynaud, where twelve of the 70 designers have set up shop for an opportunity to showcase and sell their artisanal clothes, interior design pieces and jewellery to the public.
