The hipster bistro features an understated interior, long wooden tables and street-side patio. An open-air kitchen with a menu that mingles Colombian favourites with classic brunch dishes, such as chicken and waffles and arepas rellenas. Arepas, Colombia’s national sandwiches, are served in an upscale manner and stuffed with carnitas, avocado or queso fresco (fresh cheese).

One of the most well-known restaurants in the city, this one helped put Medellin on the culinary map. Featuring farm-to-table ingredients served in a huge variety of beautifully presented dishes, expect a sensory dining experience. Among a lush, forest-filled lounge setting, it’s one of the sexiest food places to find yourself while in Colombia.
