In an homage to Cuba's emblematic paladares - restaurants and bars that operate within family homes - Casa Eminente's four suites have each been individually designed in a warm palette of sun-baked terracotta and golden corn, with a thoughtfully curated selection of vintage furnishings including rattan princess chairs, heavy wooden trunks, evocative works by Cuban artists, stone fireplaces and four-poster beds.
Delicious aromas will quickly lead you to the restaurant, where a roll call of visiting chefs take turns reinterpreting the island's renowned heritage recipes. Then, there's the pièce de résistance, the architect-designed Casa Eminente bar - all warm wood and cool marble. Behind the counter, you'll find new star mixologists every month, including, from London, the multi-award-winning Monica Berg and Alex Kratena of Tayēr Elementary. These talented bartenders will offer three innovative cocktails, served alongside two permanent Eminente creations inspired by recipes served at iconic Cuban paladares La Guarida and La Esperanza.
