You’ll also find condensed versions of restaurants such as Copenhagen’s porridge restaurant Grød, which also serves risotto and daal. Make full use of the big bar and watch live bands play as you eat.

The nature theme extends to its decor (antlers, branches and wooden furniture abound) as well as the food, with a tasting menu of innovative, thoughtful dishes: a roasted quail is plated up and put back in the forest with the addition of foliage-like crispy reindeer moss and red sorrel on top of deliciously umami chanterelle purée.
